Week 5 : Google Drive

Task was to create a Google form and Answer work sheet using Google Doc and Work Sheet.

I learnt:  How to create Quiz , test or exams  on Google Forms and Answer sheet using Google Sheets.

Steps in creating a Google Form:
1. Sign-in Gmail.com
2. Select Icon( 4 small Boxs) Google Apps
3.Select Google Drive.
4. Select My Drive with drop down key box.
5.Click more, Then select Google Forms.
6. Give the Form a Topic and Grade.
7. Fill in question and select an option in (short answer, Multiple choose etc) Select Required.
8. To add more question to form, Select icon with looks like a plus sign(+) and add a question.
9. Select send and send to group members.

Steps in creating Google Docs:
1. Sign-in Gmail.com
2. Select Icon ( 4 small Box) Google App
3. Selet Google Drive.
4.Select My drive with drop down key box.
5. Select Google Doc. Name the doc. Type answers for tests, quiz or exams.
6. Click, Share in upper right hand corner.

The Challenges I faced while completing the task are: inserting an image along with the question.

I overcame my Challenge: I got help from my classmate.

I could use the information I gain to help me in creating my tests, exams and quiz for my students.

Conclusion: In week 5 of technology class I learnt how to use google forms to create texts, exam or quiz a simple and must more easier way. However I also learn how to use Google doc and type up my answer sheets for my for my Google forms.
